Sometimes when I watch the news on my internet feed or TV, my anxiety grows as the brokenness of the world is paraded by. I am then constantly grateful that I am not God. Inside Out

This week the religious leaders (Pharisees) are the primary conversers with Jesus. They believe they have caught him and his disciples out. They didn’t ceremonially wash before they ate. Jesus replied strongly. He pointed out that what happens on the outside does not defile us, but what comes from the inside can. Our heart condition is the key to truly following Christ. I find the idea of being late stressful. I experience feelings of FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out), and the thought of inconveniencing people makes me uneasy. As a mum, I try to instil my value of being on time in my children. Great experience. Passed on

It was the last night of the Commonwealth Games swimming. A friend of mine was there. He was so excited sharing about the women’s and men’s relay finals. They were close finishes. The crowd was electric. He said “I couldn’t speak the next day because I was cheering so loud”. He had a great experience and he passed it on to whoever he met.
